Lauren Rench is a licensed professional counselor (LPC). She completed her Bachelors of Science in Education in Early Childhood Education at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. She then acquired her Master of Science in Education in Counseling in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Youngstown State University in Ohio.
Lauren worked for a number of years as a child and adolescent therapist at a community mental health clinic in Anchorage, Alaska.
She currently provides services for children, adolescents, adults and families. She is experienced in the treatments of anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions. Lauren is trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and person centered therapy. Lauren aims to create a safe environment where people feel empowered to explore both the causes and solutions to their struggles.
