Margret also has experience in community-based work and traditional outpatient therapy. She heavily relies on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and practices through a trauma-informed lens, but also believes in the power of developing individualized treatment methods to meet the unique needs of each client.
